Debit order reversal dispute

I have an account with fnb and have been a loyal client. Had a bad experience with debit order reversals of 1100 since last month. They refusing to do reversals now of which i find it very strange because these debits are unnathorized. If this continues I'm lmoving my monies to another bank. Im just ****ed off by this unjustice done by fnb to their loyal customers. I tried calling them they not available. I went to Melmoth branch and i was told that they not doing reversals during this lockdown. What a lame excuse. Meaning they ganging up with these companies that rob us now. Im very angry and looking for another bank , i advice other clients to do so as we are many facing this problem. Lets opt for anither banks. Fnb failed us during lockdown.

They called but the reversals department hung up a call while i was still holding the line. I called them and they told me that the consultant is still busy she will come back to me. That was yesterday about 15.00 till now i haven't received any call from FNB. Their service is very poor

It seems I'm taken for a ride here maybe because i do not add any value to this bank. The consultant promised to call today at 3 pm, she even mentioned that my phone must be near to me. I did that. They never called. If they don't need mecas a customer, can they please call me and tell me. There are many banks out there. I really don't want to be fooled
