Debit order reversal

I have had 4 debit orders accumulating to the amount of R1000 that was deducted from my my account in December that I am unaware of so according to my knowledge of I have a debit order going out of my account that I do not know of I can reverse my funds however tried to do that was not able to then went to the the branch also called the contract centre I was told it was going to be checked for me and I would get feedback in 24-48 hours however I did not receive any feedback I then went to a branch again and still I was now a looser of that money as I was told it it blocked they cannot reverse it so how is that possible because I feel that if you are my bank and I have debit orders I am unaware of going out of my account I should be able to get my funds back as we already struggling with the high cost of living and now to still have this I don't think it is right man I'm very unhappy as that is money to provide for my family and now I am a looser of a whole R1000.
