Debit order reversal

Please explain to me as to why we are unable to reverse debit orders...I called the call centre and it just rings without anyone answering, the app does not allow to reverse any debit orders and your branch consultants are unable to assist in the branch...so how else are we supposed to get assistance with the reversal of debit orders?
