Debit order reversal
I've been trying to reverse my debits from the 4th june still no luck secure chat its not helpful@all they sent me a debit order reversal form but no one called regarding that instead they told me it does not exist how come it was sent to me wherelse it does not exist its debits orders for April&May
By Tuesday R1676 was taken out of my savings account without my approval no one called me they say it's branch transfer without communication fnb lately its a disgrace I've been banking with them for 30yrs now due to Covid-19 its a disgrace they wiĺl keep on sending you pillar to post with no luck.

10 Jul 2020, 12:23Fnb called me today apparently they managed to stop&reverse my debit orders apparently they take 40days for processing ill keep updating you regarding the whole procedure

22 Jul 2020, 14:39They sent me an email regarding my debit order for R2415 telling me that its unsuccessfully because that company says there's a contract which contract because that company told me that only fnb can do the reversal now its a different story i feel soo bored
