Debit Order Reversal

This morning I have asked FNB to reverse an unauthorised debit order. I was told that I must contact the service provider. They are closed due to the crisis that we are facing because they are not providing essential services. So this means I must wait for October and they can do as they please deducting my account. I pay fees for FNB to tell me that they cannon assist me. This means ******** can deduct from your account and FNB does not care or give a dam about that. I am thinking of moving form this bank to another bank that will care about me
