Debit order reversal

Very disappointed with FNB, especially after all these years banking with them. Went to the branch trying to reverse a debit order as I had made arrangements with that creditor. The lady at the branch helped to request a debit reversal via the FNB app and assured me that it should be processed within 48 hours, it’s been more than 5 days and still nothing.
