Debit order reversal

Don't know if I am the only client going through this but debit orders cannot be reversed? If you try to dispute a debit order, you get this money assist **** which sucks or you are told to phone your banker or do it via cellphone banking. Tried cellphone banking and that was a complete waste of my time as I could still not reverse the debit order for a cancelled policy. Or you phone general enquiries and this automatedlady speaks to you but when you say you want to dispute a debit order, she tells you it's not available.

FNB get your nonsense together and inform clients why debit orders cannot be reversed.
