Debit order reversal

I'm not happy about FNB services especially when it comes to reversing the debit order.they said when reversing debit order I have to wait 10 days for the money to be back in my account I can't even remember how many days passed still waiting the debit order that was reversed I think beginning of November i don't want to change my bank but they have to change their strategy,what the use of app if we as customers are not getting help but they insisting that we must use app if we want to dispute debit orders
