Debit order Reversal

I don't understand why we can not phone in anymore to reverse a debit order. They advise you, you should use the app but then they take a month to get back to you and then they say they can not reverse the debit order. In a time like this we have zero assistance from the bank. Thank you for nothing i will take my business elsewhere.
