<p>What a bad service is FNB giving to their clients on the 30 Nov I have submitted a dispute forms at Matatiel Branch Baphumelele Jatfa assistant me until yesterday no 1 came back to me rergading this its when I send her an email to ask the progress of my problem she rep**** today and telling me the dispute department can't assist I must go to my nearby branch to fill in ***** claims which will take another month my whole saraly is gone 6650 the 29 Nov and today its 24 Dec I still don't have feedback from FNB they sending me from pillar to post this is very bad how they deal with their customers they dont give feedback Im the 1 who's been calling and sending emails Im regretting the day I have join this useless bank called FNB</p>
