Debit order reversa urgently. Bad process change.

Fnb i need to reverse my debit order but the option is no longer available even if i call debit order number you tell me its not available. Please let us be free to do whatever we want with our money that we work hard for. I want to reverse a debit order urgently and you not allowing mw to. This is a second time. I will leave fnb really.
