Debit order returns
Struggling to return 2 debits orders cant get through to the correct department its a real night mare

11 Jan 2021, 08:44Its the 11/10/2021 and to date I have not been contacted. SMS message indicated a consultant will call me within 24-48 hours on 07/01/2021. Well 48 hours has passed and I am still waiting. Banking with FNB has simply become so much more difficult to speak to a consultant. Issues which in the past that could have been resolved in the bank has now been taken away from them and moved to the call centre complicating matters and turnaround times are not met. This is utterly ridiculous. I think its time I moved to another bank
