Debit order resevesal

<p>What I don't understand is what investigation has FNB done???? how can the case be closed????? what im hearing today its very bad from FNB they cant even tell me that 1,2,3 was done all they did is to send my details to the company who debited my account???? And its easy for them to say after words that there is nothing we can do you have to contact the ppl by your self we cant reverse the debit order the case is closed i have to take this further i have given FNB enough chance to sort out this mess but surely they can help me i have been told today that the case is closed.</p>
