Debit order Request acknowledged but not processed

I sent an email to *** dated 11/04/2025 subject my ID requesting my banking details to be loaded and debit order date to be the 31st of each month. I sent the same email to personal loans@ fnb on the 17/04/2025 on the 25/04/2025 I receive feedback that my details were loaded but for the 29th of every month which is not I requested. It’s the 30th today no debit order was processed not sure what is happening. Next thing my credit record is gonna be affected yet it’s not my fault. I will assume my personal loan was paid on my behalf
