Debit order rejection when enough money was available
Last night at 23:20 funds was paid to my account. My debit orders was deducted and for some reason FNB rejected my medical aid's payment. There was enough money in the bank to do so. Now the item shows as unpaid and R100 bank cost was levied!! This is totally unacceptable!!! On my online banking it shows the money was paid on the 2/2 - but I have the sms that shows it was paid to me 23:20. ?????????????????????? Very unsatisfied!!!!!
