Debit Order refund
Good day I had money deducted on my FNB account, via an online source, and I informed the bank sameday, I was given a number to to call whenever I need to talk to the investigator handling my case it keeps on ringing for hours and FNB has not contacted me at all about my case, one thing I don't understand is that how did this online company get my details since It all happened online without my approval. And how will I be able to contact FNB for an update. Thank you

11 Feb 2020, 12:20I've already opened a case and they gave me a case number but that was days back, I was told someone will contact me but no one did, I was told if I open the case it is possible the money could be stop on the same day, all I need now is to talk to the investigator because I can't get hold of them and it been days.

14 Feb 2020, 09:15I've been waiting for a call From FNB but still nothing, All I need to know is that what happened to my money and how did this company get hold of my banking details, is that too hard to ask from FNB which I've been banking with for almost 10years now. I've been wasting my airtime trying to call their investigators but I do not win, to me it fee ls like the bank do not prioritize my case.
