Debit order query

I have a funeral cover with FNB, it's been paying 158.25 each month and to my surprise this morning I got report of 2 debit orders for funeral. I have been calling FNB call centre the whole morning and have spent over 40r on airtime and know one seems to have answers as to why I have 2 debit orders with 2 different amounts. All I have been asking for is an explanation of what's going on but no one has the answer.
