Debit Order Problems
I have been struggling to get my money back from FNB for my loan debit order going off twice in NOV 2017.
Talked to consultants and gave in a complaint all stating that the money will be paid back, still not happened!
I'm upset just thinking of it! It's January, the month that we really need that extra money and can't believe that you get promised the minimum and then NOTHING happens!
