Debit order penalty even though debit order was cancelled!!!

I'm so so tired of getting charged for every single thing. I paid a loan directly and stopped the debit order but still I get charged a penalty fee for not cancelling a debit order which I did. Every month I get charged a penalty for insurance because I setup the payment to go off on the last day of the month but they only debit a couple of days later. I'm really tired of FNB that takes money from My account for any simple thing and when I request to speak to a manager I get told that there are no managers available and that there's an email address to lay a complaint. I rather decided to leave the complaint here for everyone to see
