Debit Order penalty

FNB is useless and I’m leaving them.They just deducted R1900 in bank charges from my account, how is that possible.I just went into the app today and my balance is less R1000 for 8 items that weren’t paid,but everything was paid for yesterday and they also deducted like a penalty fee of R125 per item and some of the items are R4 items.This is bull**** and does not make any sense.I want my money today or I’m leaving FNB this week,I’ll also make sure that I close all my accounts,be it a business account or tax free account and cancel my life cover and all that.I’d rather go back to Absa.R1500,that’s a lot of money.Just imagine what I could’ve done with that amount.
