Debit Order peddled by FNB

25th Aug 2020- 2 ********** debit orders went off my account, I tried to reverse these on the app but because the amounts were above R200 this could not happen. Contacted the bank and was sent from pillar to post. on the 29th Aug went into FNB branch at the Pavilion none of the consultants could help as I was advised I have a team of bankers available to assist me - this is after waiting in the queue for over 45 minutes. 17th September another ********** debit order went off on my account. I again had to contact FNB today being the 18th Sept and was on the phone for over 2 hours with different people who continuously cut the call without assisting me. Long story short I have not been assisted by anyone @ FNB. The risk of further ********** activity happening against my profile is high and FNB is not doing anything to mitigate or reassure me that any action has been taken towards this. What is clear for me is that one will continuously have to contact FNB after these ********** activities and spend hours on the phone with no end game in sight. FNB is a reactionary and not proactive bank despite being made aware that my profile has been compromised. This is absolutely horrific and disgusting. The FNB team that answer the calls are very quick to shift you from pillar to post no one wants to assist you in resolving any query it is an absolute shame!!!! I will not even get to the ones that you interact with on the app via messaging- no helpful at all, facts are distorted before you know it you are dealing with someone else and have to bring them up to speed on what had already been discussed with the previous so-called banker. The rating for this bank is 0.
