DEBIT ORDER OF LARGE AMOUNT

There is an outstanding balance on my wife's credit card - FNB have taken small amounts the past 5 months - undertanding from our side that we are at leas making payment. This morning they took R3500 once off - apparently because we did not make any arrangements. Based on the fact that we still have other obligations (life xpences) like rent that need to be paid - this is a huge amount that were taking! We dont mind to make arrangements - but this not the way to do it - just remember that no one ever called my wife with regards to making arrangements.
