Debit order not stopped again

This bank is really draining me. My personal loan debit order has gone off again, after I requested for it to be cancelled since credit life is paying my premiums. No one can assist me from your bank from personal loans to the Gold suite. I think you guys enjoy frustrating clients. Can someone please do the right thing because my other debit orders are going to be unpaid because your personal loans department is a real circus. Just know I will be moving to another bank because I just can't deal with this anymore.
