Debit order not sent through to my bank

Debit order didnt go off my account in the month of september,why???!! Collections didnt call me and i completely forgot about it. Im worried because my bond is currently in registration process and this feels like some type of sabotage,i dont need a "late payment" on my credit profile right now. I need that debit order for last month s payment to go through today please!!!
