Debit order not reflecting so FNB took my accessbond transfer
My home loan debit order went off today. At the same time I’ve transferred an amount of R5000 into the bond as I use the AccessBond feature as a savings vehicle. Now I see on the account that my debit order isn’t reflecting and you’ve taken my transfer amount toward the loan and it’s not available??! I want this fixed immediately. Kindly reflect the debit order which went off this morning and allocate the R5000 into my available funds. This isn’t acceptable.

26 Aug 2021, 07:50I am disgusted in FNB. The debit order cleared, which after speaking to my banker, means that I should have over 10K in the Flexi account option. FNB has now TAKEN another 2k-something leaving me with just over 3k in that flexi account. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE WITH THE OVER 7K that should be in my flexi account???????? My account is not in arrears. How dare you take that amount? That is theft. I use that account as a savings vehicle and FNB just decides its extra money for them? I WANT MY MONEY BACK. KINDLY RECTIFY IMMEDIATELY OR CONTACT ME SO THAT I MAY TAKE THE NECESSARY LEGAL STEPS TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
