Debit order not received

My Rain shows on my FNB that it deducted. It even showed on my money it deducted. Now Rain said they have not received my payment yet. Now im sitting without internet. This is really terrible service. I have other stuff to worry about then this ****. FNB never had good service. Nobody is doing there work properly anymore. It really terrible service
