Debit order not mine

I have been charged by a company called Regenric which I have never heard of before. They are debiting my account ***. I have asked FNB to stop the debit order as I did not approve any transactions to go off. This is the second month it has happened. I was charged unpaid fees from the bank. I would also like to complain about Regenric as a company too. They quick to debit any account without checking who it belongs to.
