Debit order not Authorised

Just wanted to find out, I am being charged for a debit order that bounced and that debit order is for a company I don't know and have never authorised for a debit to go off from my account. So now why should I pay R110 for a debit order that bounced.

Please advise as I am not willing to pay for it.
