Debit order issue unauthorized

Unexplained debit order, FNB unable to reverse however same company are not in receipt of this funds, someone assisted me lastweek from FNb and said they cant reverse although there is no debit order mandate, same company nb boost are not in receipt of this funds so my funds have just disappeared
