Debit order in suspension account

I've made a purchase on the 21/6/2016 at Giant Hyper Cape Gate, with my FNB Business card. The purchase was declined by the speedpoint (FNB Speedpoint). The cashier then swipe the card again for the amount of R9**.**. The transaction was approved. The first transaction was reversed by Giant Hyper, because it was deducted twice from my account. The amount didn't show immediately in my account, and I've contact FNB. The call centre couldn't assist me 100% and asked me to phone about 4 departments. All of the departments wasn't able to assist me, and told me I have to go back to the merchant and they must phone. So I did...The merchant has phoned and the bank also wanted to speak to me to confirm my card/account. Then they told me to complete a dispute that will take 7 days plus and then they can release my funds that is in the suspension account. They told me they will send me the dispute form to complete, but up until now, I didn't receive any communication whatsoever!! This is totally unacceptable that the funds can not be released immediately! I would like to let the people know that FNB's service is REALLY bad and unsatisfactory. Bad communication and passing the buc****!!! Not acceptable!
