Debit order gone wrong

I have a loan with FNB which was on debt review. It was then handed over to attorneys due to unforeseen circumstances. I made a settlement arrangements with the attorneys and they debited my account as agreed but to my utter dismay FNB loan collections also debited my account. What frustrates me the most is that they hand the account over and still manage the account at the same time which really makes no sense at all.

My worry is is that I received an SMS yet again advising of the next debit that will go off and the attorneys are also running a parallel process. Why hand over account and still admunister it again.?
