Debit order going off though the account has been settled.

I have my loans settled however each time I deposit money into my account the loan debit order goes through. When I call the private banker they keep on transferring me to one another until the call cuts off. The money is not showing on the loan account I don't know where it is. This is such an inconvenience as I need to do other things with the money that just disappeared to I don't know where. I am very frustrated.
