Debit order *****

So now there are numerous unauthorised debit orders going off my account and nothing can be done by it as the voice prompts when i call FNB tell me that they dont reverse debit orders. Worse no communication is sent to advise why. I received an sms when the debit order went through saying "if you dont know this debit order then log in on the app" what good does that help when it does nothing?

This is so unacceptable
