Debit order *****

I have been given a run around by FNB for a transaction that i consider ***** and they can't help me resolve the issue. I have been given references over references without resolving the issue even after i wrote a review last month on the issue and i received another references . today still waiting for the investigation that has taken 7 months from the first time i reported the incidents debit order R 179 from INBODYLAD 0041BA99 ref. given to date :CAS_***_C7V2C8 ;Complaint Reference ***NF ;Debit Order Information CRM:***;Your request is in process CAS-***-S9K9R1 CRM:*** and still waiting God bless
