Debit Order - For a NON-Exciting account

So, an amount of R 1, 777.41 was taken from my cheque account on the 2nd of April for my credit card that has been closed March. So, I was told I can only do the reversal of the funds on the 3rd of April. So, phoned again and made the reversal on the 3rd of April @ 12:11 via the premier Cheques account service desk. To my surprise this morning 4th of April the same amount was again debited for my Credit Card - which i still do not have as I closed it.

I phone FNB Premier again this morning and i was told exactly the same - so *** must i phone every day after it has been deducted for the rest of this month to revers funds that is going to heaven knows which account that does not exist anymore - and each time i am told that if i reverse the amount it will reflect poorly on my credit rating. I am now waiting for a supervisor from Premium Banking to contact me, because a general service clerk cant assist me?

Hallo you are debiting money from my cheque account to an account that no longer exits how difficult is that to understand - where is the money going to reflect the sky???? FNB needs to get their paper work in order - this is exactly the reason why i am moving to ABSA bank.
