Debit order

Ian still not happy when it comes to desputing debit orders at FNB when I contact them they keep on telling me to use the app to dispute debit order the app is not helping even if I want to stop the debit order.theyre behaviour is giving some service providers to do as they please with our money because FNB is not allowing to reverse our monies I don't want to change the bank but serious I have debit order that went through as from last month's even yesterday but the contract was cancelled ay shame my bank is giving me haedache
