Debit order
Unfortunately Hello Peter is the only platform my FNB queries are taken seriously. My gym debit order went off in the early hours of the morning. I was left with a positive balance. Only to see later today that the money was returned and I’ve been charged further a “unpaid no funds” fee when I literally saw the money go out and leave me with a positive balance still. This is now the second month in a row, I can’t keep on paying these charges

02 Jun 2026, 13:30To make my point even further, if you add the “unpaid no funds” charge to the total amount in my account at the moment, it results in a positive balance more than the gym debit order, so what sense does this make?
