Debit order *****

Unauthorized debit order: I have had to reverse 3 debit orders going off my FNB account and each time the agent tells me the orders are reversed and stopped only to find that the following month the same debit order will go through. I did not accept any debit mandates and FNB is aware of this but still allows the money to go off my account. I have asked them to remove the debit order but I keep being transferred from department to department with no solution. I guess the extra fees they charge you for reversing debit orders are far more important than them helping their clients.

Or they are part of the ***** since it seems like it benefits them. What is worse I cannot stop this on the FNB App with a Red Notice the debit order cannot be stopped. Who authorized it??
