Debit order dsipute

I am here again, still logging a case about a debit order dispute that was supposed to have been sorted within 5 working days and FNB has not done that and no one can give me reason, everyone keeps telling me about an escalation and so forth. Getting through to the debit order department is a mission. I am really tired, i will be leaving this bank i cannot take this service anymore
