Debit order disputes with FNB are a failure to customers

As I prepare to leave FNB, I just want to let whoever out there who is with the bank, that i am posting this message as to make FNB aware that their way of dealing with customer issues should be review before they lose every single customer they have.

My worst issue is with FNB Life debit order and also being unable to reverse one other unauthorized debit order.

No wonder the disappointing rating.
