DEBIT ORDER DISPUTES UNATTENDED TO

Good day FNB, I logged debit order disputes on 27 February and was given a 40 day turnaround time. Today is day 44 and I have only received one of 5 disputes. Can someone please expedite so we can bring this to closure.
