Debit Order Disputes

FNB does not live up to the their saying: How can we help you? My husband recenttly went into the branch at Lakesidemall to stop debit orders as there will be no funds in the account, we didnt want charges accumulating.... told via e mail and face to face they cannot help or stop debit orders. We asked and bank charges we just told to send an e mail to the compliants department. In this trying time with unemployed people and no work no pay FNB is really doing our people in and taking advantage of this epidamic. All FNB customers should Boycott. Cannot even do reversals, while we going hungry FNB is raking up the banking changes for services they cannot help with.
