Debit Order Disputes

I'm very frustrated with FNB because of my bad experience by BEING UNABLE to perform debit order disputes and being transferred to a stupid Money Assist system that doesn't work...three failed attempts within one week - their continuous reason is that their system is offline...for a whole week? Seriously? I'm paying so much service fees but yet being treated like I'm a invalid to do my own transactions...I seriously want to move my account to another bank now.
