debit order disputes

hi

in 2016 december 22 i logged a debit order dispute with fnb and was given debit order despute forms to fill and return it to them for the investigation to be done and refunds to be processed upon the outcme of the investigation and nothing happened after the 5 working days turnaround time i was given , the on the 29th of december i called their call centre and spoke to an agent and was given ref ********** and later when i was following up on the same ref number i was told the ref number is invalid , there is no dispute logged i then demanded to speak to the supervisor and i was given a guy by the name of Arthur Taylor who i had to explain everything al***** again to him and he requested i directly email him the debitorder disoute form i had gilled in and signed and he will get the right department to log and dispute and provide a resolution and i did that and he rep**** back acknowledging that he received all the documents and he insisted that i still keep the same ref number ********** .On the 12/01/2017 i again called the bank and sent Arthur an email following up on the same matter and the was no feedback to be communicated and still no dispute logged and i was surprised that FNB is not taking my matter serious yet i trust them to safe keep all my finances , then on the 16/01/2017 i received an email ********** asking me if this is related to a Debit order dispute or a Debit Card dispute and i responded and advised them that its a debit order sispute .On the 18/01/2017 i received another debit order dispute form that i was requested till in and return it to them and it was exactly the same for i filled in the first time , i responded to the email and advised them that i had done that from december already and i even attached the formed filled in the information that was initially requested and was given a new ref ********** 2_ ********** 16 which as well was never resolved and i was still sent from one department to the other and everytime i call to follow up the call center consultants always confirm that there is no dispute logged and i have to start al***** again and explain my story resend the chain of emails and nothing ever gets done , on the 31/01/2017 i received an email ********** advising that ( Kidnly note we cannot assist with debit order disputes ) and i responed and adked Under what circumstances can I not be assisted? I don't believe this and i was then told as follows

Good day Nhlanhla

Kindly note on the 30/01 we have forwarded your query to debit orders as we not dealing with debit orders queries.

Please follow up with them, I have also cc them on the mail.

and that is the last communication i received from FNB and their thousand departments i have been referred to everytime i follow up on the matter and now i honestly have lost hope that FNB is committed to service their clients effectively , with or without a ref number you will be sent from pillar to pillar by the call center guys as well as teir team leaders and supervisors , no one has authority to resolve queries and you cant be assisted by one assisgned agent and they never send any communication to advise of delays i am the one who is always following up and they frustrate me even more , i am even considering cutting ties with them as i am not protected from hackers or **********

on the 18/01/2017 i was advised by one agent to escalate my matter ********** and it will be prioritised and attended to but to tell the honest truth , that department is as useless as everyone i have dealt with at FNB
