Debit order disputed for the 4th time in consecutive months,

I am an UNhappy client (off) FNB. I have requested them numerous Times to stock/cancel the debit order of discovery health, till do date that hasn't happen. Can someone please get hold of me either by telephone call? Even worse their customer care don't pick up my calls.
