Some how FNB systems for debit orders reversal has not been working since the lockdown.

Now I have 3 unauthorized debit orders that went through my account. The companies in question are not answering their phones to be able to request them to reverse the transactions. I spoke to several consultants who don’t seem to be willing to assist. Now this money was intended for our rent. Come month end I will be out on the street and my bank is simply folding its hands with my money. I can’t get a loan from anywhere due to my poor credit score. Now your system automatically redirects us to this covid 19 section. Where I don’t qualify for that relief coz I don’t have proof of loss of income. Now there is now way that for more than a month a bank as big as you are can not resolve a technical problem for more than a month.
