Debit Order Dispute/ Reversal

Today i saw ther are two debit orders that went off from my account. The one is only supposed to deduct from next month and the other one are canceled because my contract with that company are done. Only to find out from FNB online consultant FNB no longer reverse or dispute debit orders.

This is not the banks money this is my money and they told me I must go to the police to report the company. With this justice system i will get my money bank in 10 years.

This leave me with the only option to change bank and leave FNB because it looks like the client doesn't have a say over their own money.
