Debit Order Dispute Ongoing. No resolution. No feedback

Over the past few months I've had funeral policy debit orders going off my account that i didnt sign for. I managed to reverse one of them and the others that i could dispute i did. It takes them 40 days to resolve the issue. After 40 days one was resolved and the other two have just been ignored. When i follow up with them i get an automated email saying thank you and i will be attended to within 48hours. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED. The feedback im getting is irrelevant to my query despite giving them all the dispute details. FNB really is letting me down. I've been a client for well over 30 years and i am seriously considering leaving for another bank
