DEBIT ORDER DISPUTE!!! MONEY NEVER RETURNED!!!
I have had enough now! NO-ONE can help with a technical fault - JUST UPDATE MY BALANCE!!! AND GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY!!!! I received lovely emails stating it is a high priority complaint ref no ***NF. I need a no now for the OMBUDSMAN to sort it out. It cannot go on like this. After this is resolved - I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! :-(
