Debit order dispute IT problem

Ive been trying to dispute a debit order since the 21st was told to call back after 24hrs and i did just that but was told there is a problem with IT debit orders arent updating sine the 19th. Whos problem is that...I think Capitec is the best bank. Im closing my account
